- Large vessels and inclement weather may necesetate additional hands to remove and refit sails. This will be charged separate

- The maintenance allowance is designed to spread the cost of routine labour evenly throught the yearyear and runs on a 12 month cycle.

 - New customers joining part - way through the year may either begin accumulating labour from the point of joining or make an initial payment to reflect the elapsed portion of the year.

 - Accumulated maintenance time may be used for routine maintenance, haul - out preparation, winter layup, recommissioning, sail removal and refitting, preparation for sale and other agreed works.

 - Materials, marina charges, subcontractors and specialist services are charged separately.

 - The maintenance allowance is designed to cover labour only and doesn't constitute a client held deposit or savings account.

 - Any unused labour allowance expires at the end of the 12 month maintenance period and cannot be carried forward in to subsequent years.

 - Additional labour required beyond the accumulated allowance will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

 - Cancellation of the service does not entitle the customer to a refund of unused maintenance allowance.

 - Maintenance labour becomes available in proportion to the contributions made during the current maintenance period.
